IRC Handler is a database for information about all the people you meet online. Just like an address book, it has a data window with six tabs to enter names, nicknames, addresses, email, notes, and even pictures of your contacts. Keep IRC Handler running, and as you make contacts you can quickly enter the vital information so that you can recontact the person in the future. IRC Handler even has fields for ICQ number and multiple IRC chat servers. It's a handy tool to organize a lot of information about people, and it's not limited to your IRC contacts.
